"Had a little issue with the flowers…"
Had a little issue with the flowers when they first arrived, so I dropped eflorist an email and, not gonna lie, I thought it might turn into a whole faff. But they got back to me quick and sorted a replacement without making it weird or awkward. The new bunch showed up looking way better, and the person getting them was well happy. Fair play, they fixed it properly, so I can’t really moan.

I tried to cancel my order soon after placing it, but it wasn’t easy at all. I had to wait around for replies, and by the time someone got back to me, it felt like it was already too late to do anything. They did respond eventually, but the whole thing caused stress I really didn’t need. The flowers might be nice, but they seriously need to improve how they handle cancellations. If this happens again, I’ll probably just order from somewhere else next time.

The flowers missed the delivery day, which was sooo annoying at first. I messaged them about it, and they got it sorted the next morning. Not ideal, but I’m happy with how they handled it in the end.

"Not perfect, but they did the right thing"
I had a problem with my flowers, which was disappointing at first, but customer service got back to me quickly and sorted it out. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I do think it says something good about a company when they take responsibility instead of brushing you off. Fair enough in the end.

Umm, the flowers were delivered exactly where I asked, tucked safely by the side gate. There was no fuss at all, and my mum found them just fine. Really happy with the whole thing.

I had an issue with my order and needed to get a refund, which I wasn’t looking forward to dealing with. "Pretty good service in the end"
I had a little problem with my flower order, so I reached out to customer service. They replied faster than I expected and were actually helpful, which was nice. It did take a few messages back and forth to get everything sorted, and I feel like it maybe could’ve been fixed quicker, but also these things happen. They sorted it out in the end, so I’m happy enough. I’d probably use them again.

I was really pleased with these flowers. They arrived looking super fresh, and the colours looked just like the photo, which I always appreciate. A few of the buds were still closed too, so they ended up lasting a bit longer. My mum loved them, i don’t have any complaints

"Pretty colors, but not quite like the photo"
The flowers arrived on time and the colors were really nice, so I’ll give them that. But the arrangement looked a bit squashed and nowhere near as full as it did in the photo. A few stems were sticking out weirdly too, so it just didn’t have that polished look I was expecting.

It was okay for the price, but definitely not a wow moment. I ended up moving things around myself before giving it over, which was a bit annoying. Also, having to go through repeated verification during the order was frustrating and felt unnecessary after the first time

"Nice enough, but a bit pricey for what you get"
The flowers did turn up on the right day, so I can’t complain about that. They looked pretty, and my mum was happy with them, but they were smaller than I expected from the photo. I feel like these things always look fuller online than they do when they arrive. For the price, I thought the bunch would have a bit more to it, and once you add delivery, it gets expensive fast. Not a bad experience at all, just probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a discount.

The flowers arrived on the day I chose, so that was all good. The bouquet was and my mum did like it, but it wasn’t exactly the same as the photo, a few of the colours were different. A friend had recommended them to me, so I think I was expecting it to be a bit closer to what I picked. Not a huge issue, but overall I’d say it was just okay.

"Packed Better Than I Expected"
I was a little hesitant because a few past orders have kind of worn down my trust with deliveries, but this one was packed really well. Everything arrived secure and in good shape, which was a nice relief.
